Iam Ranjith Kalavara, and my journey in laboratory medicine began with a strong interest in understanding the science behind diagnosis since 2010. With a BSc and MSc specializing in Biochemistry, I built a solid academic foundation that guided me into the world of clinical diagnosis.

With over 10 years of experience, i have choose a different field, currently work as a POCT Coordinator. My role is not just technical—it’s about ensuring accuracy, maintaining quality standards, managing multiple instruments, and supporting clinical nursing/ healthcare teams with reliable results that directly impact patient care.

The journey hasn’t been without challenges. Maintaining precision under pressure and adapting to continuously evolving technologies required dedication and resilience. However, what kept me going is the knowledge that every diagnostic result  plays a crucial role in a patient’s life.

I strongly believe that POCT is shaping the future of diagnostics with faster and more accessible testing
